Bring The Wild Within.
Reclaim this ancient wisdom, get inspired together & leave feeling nourished.
Hey, I’m Zena…
I believe that strengthening our relationship to nature is a remedy to the modern overwhelm & disconnection that many of us experience.
For the last eight years, I’ve been apprenticing with the land & herbal mentors through studies, curiosity, and the magic of my apothecary. I’ve learned that rebuilding a relationship with the earth, plants and my local landscape is a gateway to a sense of belonging, rootedness, health, empowerment & community that I was craving.
I created this space at Domnu Valley because I’m passionate about reclaiming our indigenous culture that’s living more with nature. Through wild food, herbal medicine, ritual and building familiarity again with the aliveness around us, that in turn feeds a wealth I believe is unobtainable through modern means.

Domnu Valley:
A Secret Sanctuary Between the Trees and the Tide
We will get our hands together in the Nest Apothecary held at Domnu Valley on the edge of the infamous Exmoor National Park. Embraced by ancient woodland and rugged wilderness, it’s the perfect getaway. A creative and regenerative co-living project, home to a small community and retreat centre started in 2024.
This eco nature retreat is stripped back with rustic charm amongst the grade II listed residential farmhouse, watermill & outbuildings. It's a very special place that is experimenting a more soulful way of living through community, creativity & nature.
Imagine dancing swallows, the babbling stream, pristine views & nature’s embrace.
Make The Most Of Your Visit
If you are coming from afar or you want to make the most of your time in this breathtaking nature sanctuary, you can book to stay & continue to explore the Exmoor coast with locals recommendations: Valley of Rocks, Watersmeet, Lynmouth, Lee Bay & many more gems….
